Overview of the Medion MD41427:

 

The Medion MD41427 is a LCD-TFT TV screen sold as a consumer electronics item.  The key features of the MD41427 include the support to display high resolution images from sources including TVs, VCRs, DVD Player Computers etc.  The MD41427 contains a large 26.97 inch screen (measured diagonally) however the framework of the TV is of a slimline design.  The TV also allows a user to connect alternative devices via the various input/output connections located on the front and back of the TV.

How do I create a lookup of contacts based on the activities that I have scheduled with them?
Follow these steps:
1) Choose the View Menu, and click Task List. The Task List view appears.

2) Choose the View Menu, and click Filter Task List. The Filter Activities dialog box appears.

3) Set the filters to display the activities you want to view. You can filter on date, type, priority, and more to get just the activities you want to see.

4)Then right-click in the window, and on the shortcut menu click Create Lookup. ACT! creates a lookup based on the contacts listed in the Task List view and returns to the Contacts view.

How to setup the Dialer feature in ACT! 7

The Dialer feature in ACT! allows you to place a call to a contact using the Phone number from with in ACT!. You can also time the call and create History of the call. Use the following steps to setup the Dialer:
 

1) Launch ACT!

2) Click the Tools menu, and then click Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.
3) Click Dialer Preferences under the Communication tab. The Dialer Preferences dialog box appears.
4) Enable the Use Dialer option.

5) Click your communication device from the Modem or line drop-down.
Note: The Setup option will be specific for your modem and version of Windows. (Please refer to your modem and Windows documentation.)
6) Verify the data in the Location field. If needed, click Properties and make the necessary changes.
Note: The Properties option will be specific for your version of Windows. (Please refer to your Windows documentation.)
7) Enable the Hide Dialer after dialing option. By default this option is not enabled.

If desired, clear the option for Start timer automatically on outgoing calls.

8) Click OK to save your changes. The Preferences dialog box re-appears.

Word Tip

 

Remove All Formatting in Two Easy Steps
Here's a great way to remove all of the formatting from a Word document or just a selected portion of the document:
1) Select the whole document by pressing CTRL+A or just select the portion of the document you wish to change.
2) Press CTRL+SHIFT+N.
Presto! All of your formatting is removed from the document or selection.

Excel Tip

 

To copy and paste all cells in a sheet:

1. Select the cells in the sheet by pressing Ctrl+A (in Excel 2003, select a cell in a blank area before pressing Ctrl+A, or from a selected cell in a Current Region/List range, press Ctrl+A+A).
OR
Click Select All at the top-left intersection of rows and columns.
2. Press Ctrl+C.
3. Press Ctrl+Page Down to select another sheet, then select cell A1.
4. Press Enter.

To copy the entire sheet:
Copying the entire sheet means copying the cells, the page setup parameters, and the defined range Names.

Option 1:
1. Move the mouse pointer to a sheet tab.
2. Press Ctrl, and hold the mouse to drag the sheet to a different location.
3. Release the mouse button and the Ctrl key.
 

Option 2:
1. Right-click the appropriate sheet tab.
2. From the shortcut menu, select Move or Copy. The Move or Copy dialog box enables one to copy the sheet either to a different location in the current workbook or to a different workbook. Be sure to mark the Create a copy checkbox.
 

Option 3:
1. From the Window menu, select Arrange.
2. Select Tiled to tile all open workbooks in the window.
3. Use Option 1 (dragging the sheet while pressing Ctrl) to copy or move a sheet.

Caution:
Moving a sheet from a workbook with defined range Names or linked formulas will create links in the new workbook
